I actually saw a regular cab tundra on wednesday. It caught my eye as being so unusual.

reminds me of some medium duty trucks I’ve seen (think F-650/750) where they were run by a utility or construction company, and meant only to pull equipment. They had a regular truck cab but behind it the frame was just long enough for a single axle and fifth wheel. I can’t imagine how the ride was on those things unloaded.
